1. Controller

2. Data we use

When you start checkout, we process your email address, offer market and Checkout Session identifier. For a purchase we also process Stripe payment identifiers, the activation-code hash, delivery status, and the date and version of your immediate-delivery consent. When activating FlowLock, the licensing service processes a cryptographic hash of the computer identifier to enforce the one-computer licence.

FlowLock keeps your focus settings, block lists and session data locally on your computer. They are not uploaded to the licensing service.

3. Why and for how long

We process purchase and activation data to perform the agreement, deliver the licence, provide support, prevent licence abuse, meet legal accounting obligations and handle claims. We retain the email and details of an unpaid checkout attempt for up to 30 days to measure checkout performance. We retain data only for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable legal limitation or retention periods.

4. Service providers

Stripe processes payments. Cloudflare provides website hosting, the licensing API and database infrastructure. Resend delivers transactional email. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services. Their infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards used by the relevant provider.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by emailing us. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

6. Cookies

FlowLock does not use advertising cookies. Essential technical data may be processed by the hosting and payment providers to deliver the website and checkout securely.
