Terms of Sale and Licence

1. Seller and contact

FlowLock is sold by Patryk Błachnicki, operating as an unregistered activity under Polish law.

2. What you buy

FlowLock is a Windows desktop application for blocking selected websites and applications, using focus timers, and managing optional planned breaks. The purchase is a lifetime licence for one Windows computer. It is a one-time payment and does not create a subscription.

The licence is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited to the computer on which the activation code is first used. The application may require a replacement licence when Windows or the computer hardware is substantially changed.

3. Ordering and delivery

Before payment, you provide an email address and review the price and product description. Payments are processed by Stripe. After a successful payment, FlowLock sends the activation code and download link to the email address supplied during checkout.

The agreement is concluded when Stripe confirms payment. The purchase confirmation and activation email are a durable record of the agreement.

4. Immediate delivery and withdrawal

FlowLock is digital content supplied without a physical medium. At checkout, you can request immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins. When you give that express consent and receive the code or download link, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to that delivered digital content.

If immediate delivery has not begun or the required consent has not been obtained, consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. This does not limit statutory rights where the digital content is not in conformity with the agreement.

5. Satisfaction guarantee, support and complaints

FlowLock includes a voluntary 3-day satisfaction guarantee. If it is not a good fit, contact us from the purchase email within 3 calendar days of receiving the activation code and we will refund the purchase price. This guarantee is additional to statutory consumer rights.

FlowLock is supplied for Windows. You are responsible for confirming that your device meets the application requirements before purchase. If the application, activation code or delivery is not in conformity with the agreement, contact us with your order email, the problem and any helpful screenshots. We will reply within 14 days.

6. Updates and changes

We may provide fixes, security updates and compatibility improvements. We will not remove the core lifetime licence features described at the time of purchase without a material reason. Website-blocking effectiveness can depend on Windows, network configuration and third-party software, so it cannot prevent intentional circumvention.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer protections in the country of the consumer’s habitual residence remain unaffected. The Polish version is controlling where the language versions differ.
